3 Moms. 3 Grants. $100 Each.This Mother’s Day, the Puzzl Charity is honoring the queens who hold it all together — because every piece matters, and so do you.
Submit Your Application
Every field is required. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. You must complete the full form to be considered for a grant.
- Open to single mothers residing in the United States. No purchase necessary to enter.
- Applications and nominations may be submitted by anyone. Only the named mother may claim the grant.
- Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID) at the time of claiming. No exceptions.
- Three (3) winners will be selected on Friday, May 8th, 2026 and notified by text and email within 24 hours.
- Each grant is $100 USD. Non-transferable. No cash equivalent beyond face value.
- Incomplete or fraudulent entries are automatically disqualified without notice.
