Meet Our Team

Our dedicated team is the heart of Puzzl. Learn more about the individuals behind our mission.

  • Founder/CEO

Tony Jones Jr. founded Puzzl with a deep sense of purpose, inspired by the struggles of his autistic cousin who faced barriers to education. Witnessing his challenges and recognizing the broader difficulties faced by both autistic individuals and low-income communities, he was determined to create a solution. His mission is to make Puzzl a dominant force in Kansas City—providing housing, rent, and utility assistance, and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to the support they need.

As CEO, Tony is responsible for overseeing Puzzl’s strategic growth, fundraising, community partnerships, and overall impact. Additionally, he leads the development of the Puzzl Affordable Housing Container Complex, ensuring a sustainable and accessible housing solution for those in need.
