We create space for every voice and make sure our decisions reflect the community we serve.

  • Founder/CEO

Tony Jones Jr. founded Puzzl with a deep sense of purpose, inspired by the struggles of his autistic cousin who faced barriers to education. Witnessing his cousin's challenges and recognizing the broader difficulties faced by both autistic individuals and low-income communities, Tony was determined to create a solution. His mission is to make Puzzl a dominant force in Kansas City—providing housing, rent, and utility assistance, and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to the support they need.

As CEO, Tony is responsible for overseeing Puzzl’s strategic growth, fundraising, community partnerships, and overall impact. He also leads the development of the Puzzl Affordable Housing Container Complex, working to create sustainable and accessible housing solutions for those in need.

A graduate of Raymore-Peculiar High School, Tony earned recognition early on for his discipline and drive, both academically and athletically—qualities that earned him scholarships to play basketball at Johnson County Community College and Saint Leo University. He holds an associate’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and continues to bring that same focus and determination to his work building opportunities for others.
